Monthly rates are discounted by 5 to 10% off the weekly rates for the same period in time. Repeat guests receive at least a 5% discount on the current, non discounted rate in effect depending on the dates they request. HOLIDAY and SPRING Break Weeks are EXCLUDED from the DISCOUNT. Rates include basic utilities. Florida applicable taxes (10%) and a $185 cleaning fee are Additional. Holiday weeks (Thanksgiving (High Season rate), Christmas/Easter/New Years, Spring Break (Late March, Early April +300) July 4th, Labor Day) are more, please ask for details.
